It has come to our attention that Yahoo! or Gmail has been having issues receieving email.  Fastitcloud's email server attempt to send emails to Yahoo! or Gmail over a few days and they continually bounce back.

This can be resolved by updating some dns settings however if this issue persists when the dns settings have been checked as correct you will need to get the person that you are sending emails to, to whitelist your email address.

They can follow the below details to do that.

To whitelist an email address with Yahoo! or Gmail, you will need to set up a “filter” after first taking the following steps:
If you find email from are going to your Yahoo! bulk folder, open it and click “Not Spam”
Be sure that the address that you would like to get are not in your “Blocked Addresses” list. If you find that an email that you would like to get is on your “Blocked Addresses” list, select it and click “Remove Block”
Now to create the filter:

Open your mail and click on “Mail Options” in the upper right hand corner
Select ‘Filters’ (in the bottom left corner)
On the Filters page, click “Add”
Select the “From header:” rule, and add “contains” and enter the email address that you would like to get, which tells the system to put the email that you want to get in your inbox and not the bulk folder.
Click the “Choose Folder” pull down menu and select ‘Inbox’
Pick the Add Filter button

Do the same for any other emails that you would delivered into your inbox.
